Request account deletion
Fill out the form below to request deletion of your account and associated app data.
Data that will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your app account, including:
- Account registration information, such as name and email address.
- App access records associated with your account.
- Server, device, or usage information linked to your account, when applicable.
- App preferences and settings associated with your account.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons.
When retained, this data will be kept only for the required period and will not be used for other purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after receiving all information needed to identify the account.
If more information is needed to confirm the account owner, we may contact you by email.
Important note
Uninstalling the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or associated data from our systems. To delete your account and associated data, please submit this request.
