How to request account deletion

What data will be deleted

When your request is confirmed, we will delete personal data associated with your account in Docker Guard, when such data exists in our systems.

Data that may be deleted includes:

• Account registration information;
• Name, email address and phone number, when collected;
• Login information associated with the account;
• App preferences linked to the account;
• Support messages or requests linked to the account, when applicable;
• Other personal data directly associated with the user account.

What data may be retained

Some data may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legitimate operational purposes.

Data that may be retained for a limited period includes:

• Transaction records required for accounting or legal obligations;
• Security logs used to prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access;
• Records needed to comply with legal obligations;
• Data that has been anonymized and can no longer identify the user.

Deletion time frame

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after confirmation.

In some cases, we may ask for additional information to confirm that the request was made by the account owner.
